Stories of impact
A Series B startup had the potential for dramatic growth but needed all co-founders to “reinvent” themselves and strongly align to handle that growth. The co-founders knew that if the organisation were to hit hyper-growth, they needed to step up; there was no way that they could carry their business into the next stage of its evolution until they aligned their priorities and created a dynamic of deep trust and reliability.
A Fortune 50 global company was in the midst of great changes, undergoing an organisational restructure whilst at the same time trying to adapt to the external challenge of a shifting landscape of their retail domain. They already had a well-defined leadership framework in place and lots of ‘leadership content’ on their intranet, but were struggling to translate it into the day-to-day realities of the company. They needed a partner to help translate insight into consistent and systematic action – something that is our speciality.
A German-based tech company of 50+ staff had a huge task to deliver on a very ambitious timeline. They had pulled together some of the best talent in tech and in senior leadership to create a new high-value B2C SaaS product that would contribute to the corporate sustainability agenda. The team lacked speed, unity, a sense of urgency, and a shared vision. Our challenge was to create the conditions for the “high-trust, high-accountability and high-performing team” that the CEO had requested.
One of the top 10 pharmaceutical companies in the world needed support whilst undertaking a complex M&A transaction. Not only was the integration taking place within a heavily regulated industry, and between organisations with highly matrixed and complex organisational structures, it was happening during the COVID-19 pandemic. The regional director needed an intervention that would equip the team to not just manage, but leverage the change and ambiguity they were facing.
Like many healthcare organisations, the COVID-19 pandemic was stretching the capacity of an Abu Dhabi-based healthcare group. The CEO insisted that a range of staff members – both leaders and senior direct caregivers – across the hospital should participate in a mindfulness-based resilience and adaptability session.
A very successful Indian startup with a multi-billion dollar valuation asked us to facilitate a component of their leadership offsite. They wanted an external facilitator to bring fresh, experiential content to inspire and upskill their team.
