The Problem

A very successful Indian startup with a multi-billion dollar valuation asked us to facilitate a component of their leadership offsite. They wanted an external facilitator to bring fresh, experiential content to inspire and upskill their team.

The Solution

In consultation with the company’s founders, we customised a 90-minute session based on: 


  • Building resilience in ourselves and our teams.

  • Keeping teams engaged and motivated online.

  • Avoiding a transactional workplace culture, which disproportionately focuses on tasks over relationships – especially when working remotely. 


As always, our session was delivered in a fresh and provocative way, involving both cutting-edge theory, self-reflection processes, breakout groups, and experiential individual and team learning exercises. All content was grounded in real-world examples from our 40 years of experience working with senior executives and founders across the globe, and was tightly-delivered in a participatory way.

Results

As a result of our proven delivery methods, and highly-relevant, tailored content, the team members were engaged and participatory throughout the entire session. 

100% of participants rated the workshop 8/10 or higher.

83.3% of participants said the likelihood of them recommending the program to a colleague was 8/10 or higher.
