Tripti Lochan

Location: Singapore

Based in Singapore, Tripti is an executive coach and global business leader with over three decades of experience working across Asia, the Middle East, and the United States. She has spent her career guiding high-growth businesses through complexity, while empowering leaders to lead with depth, clarity, and conscious impact.

Tripti’s work integrates strategic insight with inner development. With a background in engineering and a lifelong commitment to personal growth, she brings together business acumen and contemplative wisdom. She is especially passionate about supporting founders and executive teams through transformation — blending system thinking, cultural fluency, and deep coaching presence.

After getting her degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology, Tripti spent the first part of her career building and scaling businesses at the intersection of technology, marketing, and leadership. As Partner and CEO of Qais Consulting, she led the company through a successful acquisition by WPP and became the founding CEO of VML Asia. Under her leadership, VML expanded to 11 offices, over 2,400 employees, growing 15x through multiple mergers, acquisitions, and global uncertainty.

Tripti’s leadership approach has always been rooted in the belief that organizational transformation begins with personal transformation. Today, Tripti brings that same conviction to her coaching practice — working with founders, C-suite leaders, and scale-up teams in tech, finance, and creative industries. She is known for her ability to hold space for deep reflection, shift perspective with precision, and gently challenge clients toward clarity, action, and alignment.

Tripti is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), trained in ontological coaching and certified in the Leadership Circle Suite. She serves on the boards of Stanley Street Labs and PremonAsia and is currently pursuing her Nalanda Masters in Buddhist Psychology — deepening her commitment to inner work as a foundation for conscious leadership.

A practicing Buddhist, Tripti teaches yoga and meditation to underserved communities, mentors women of color in leadership. Her clients often describe her as grounded, wise, and quietly powerful — someone who brings both spaciousness and momentum to the coaching journey. She blends her technical foundation with her essence: Creation, Wisdom, Rapture, Inspiration, and Catalyst — qualities she embodies and invites in others.
