Dr. Silke-Susann (“Sisu”) Otto is an executive coach and former McKinsey consultant with over 25 years of experience advising organizations across Southeast Asia, Greater China, Japan, and Europe on transformation, leadership, capability building, and organizational development. She has led large-scale transformation programs, leadership academies, and capability-building initiatives across multinational corporations, family businesses, and emerging markets. Her expertise spans organizational transformation, leadership development, change management, and cross-cultural stakeholder engagement across complex regional environments.

Driven by a passion for developing others, Sisu founded Celestia Partners Limited in Hong Kong in 2024 after a 25+ year career in consulting with global leader McKinsey & Company across Germany, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Yangon, and Bangkok, as well as boutique consultancy a-connect in Hong Kong.

She spent 20 years of her career in Asia and Southeast Asia and specialized in transformation programs and capability building, including the design and delivery of corporate academies, leadership development programs, and learning journeys for clients and internally. Throughout her career, she continuously coached and mentored colleagues and clients.

Alongside her consulting career, Sisu also launched two businesses: Sushi Factory in Germany and Litian Limited in Hong Kong. She additionally held academic roles teaching undergraduate and MBA courses during her PhD studies.

Sisu blends her consulting and leadership expertise with executive transformational coaching skills to support leaders and organizations — large corporates as well as start-ups — in realizing their visions, finding their purpose, and achieving meaningful goals as they navigate complex personal or organizational transformations.

She holds a Transformational Executive Coaching Certificate (ACC/PCC-level) from the MMS Worldwide Institute (ICF-accredited) and completed the Transforming Self Program with Corporate Evolution. She is a Certified MBTI Administrator and holds a Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma (Asia). Sisu earned a PhD in Japanese Business from Philipps University Marburg in Germany, and also holds an M.A. in Japanese Business and Japanese Linguistics.

Beyond her professional work, Sisu serves as a Board Member of the Studer Trust, a charitable organization focused on education in Hong Kong and Myanmar, and is also a coach and mentor with the DeBoer Fellowship supporting mid-career leaders in Myanmar.

In her spare time, Sisu enjoys yoga, running, hiking, gardening, cooking, and hosting gatherings with family and friends. She speaks native German, fluent English, proficient French, and Japanese.
