Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Originally from Australia, Sarah Ghan has been living and working in Asia and Europe since 2003. She has more than 15 years of experience managing international projects and cross-cultural teams and is passionate about supporting others to lead more conscious, open, and inspired lives – both professionally and personally.
Sarah has studied law, finance, and development management. She has served as a banking lawyer and corporate finance advisor in global professional services firms such as KPMG, in Australia and China.
In the last few years, Sarah has blended her technical expertise with her interests in personal development and human connection. Sarah is currently a leadership facilitator for the International Committee of the Red Cross’ Humanitarian Leadership and Management School where she designs and facilitates in-person and virtual leadership development programs for staff all around the world. She is committed to cultivating leadership and global citizenship through experiential education.
Sarah’s approach to coaching is curious, intuitive, and empathetic. Through deep listening and non-judgment, Sarah creates safe spaces for clients to authentically share and explore the growth areas that are most meaningful to them, at any given time. She draws on her diverse international experience to share valuable perspectives, inspiring others to explore new ways of conscious living.
Sarah currently lives in Bangkok, Thailand, with her family. In her downtime, she enjoys urban adventures, practising yoga, and browsing second-hand bookshops.
