Pete Gable is from the UK and has had a long career in business, investment, management, and coaching. He has worked in five countries with clients of over 40 nationalities for the past 35 years.

Pete’s introduction to enterprise came at the age of 12, when he decided to start his first ‘small’ business. He set up his first company at 19, before beginning this career in sales and management at an insurance company in the UK. At 27, he founded a private investment brokerage, which soon grew to have seven regional offices and 125 staff members. He later sold the business and took two years out in Chamonix, France, to indulge himself in his love of skiing and rock climbing, before founding another private client investment brokerage and moving to Hong Kong.

After 30 years of corporate life and much soul searching, he decided to focus on his passion for helping people improve, retraining in executive coaching, therapy, and mindfulness-based leadership development.

Pete has an innate ability to facilitate deep, transformative work. Pete loves to work with people at the top level as they interest, stimulate, and stretch him to constantly improve. He effortlessly blends business experience with self-development expertise, making him a skilled change facilitator at all levels.

Pete’s interests range from his own personal self-development to photography, woodwork, property renovation, and travel. He is married and has two children.
