Lyndal Larkin is from the US and has 20 years of experience as an HR executive in diverse industries, from early and mid-stage tech start-ups to luxury hospitality and global travel retail.
Lyndal began her HR career in Vancouver, Canada, with Fairmont Hotels and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. She then moved to Los Angeles in 2007 and spent the next four years traveling more than 32 weeks per year as a consultant, facilitator, speaker, and coach throughout the US and Western Europe.
During this time, she worked with leaders across international law firms, commercial real estate, manufacturing, transportation, hotels, and convention centers. In 2011, she accepted the role of overseeing human resources for the North American region of luxury travel retailer DFS Group, a division of Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton, before moving on to the SoCal tech hub of Silicon Beach. Most recently she was Head of People at Sequoia-backed NEXT Trucking, where she designed and built a dynamic, multi-functional team to scale with the fast-growing business.
In 2020, Lyndal launched Larkin Leadership, focused on Founder/CEO and C-Suite executive coaching and bespoke leadership programming as well as leading mastermind groups for female emerging executives.
Lyndal is a high-energy and collaborative coach who thrives in supporting dynamic individuals and teams to create the conditions for deliberate and continued achievement.
Lyndal is a governing board member of local non-profit, LA’s BEST, and in her spare time adores travel, cooking, and entertaining family and friends.
