Based in Australia, Liane McGrath has over 30 years of experience in communications and marketing management, spanning a wide range of industries including media, professional services, consumer products, and automotives.
Liane holds a MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a communications degree from Macquarie University. Since 2004, Liane has been a consultant for a cross section of organisations, stakeholders, and individuals, from board level and senior executives to first line managers. She has been a senior consultant, managing consultant and senior associate at the Oxford Group, LIW, and Gram Consulting Group, respectively. She has worked with a host of organisations including: Deloitte, PWC, NAB, JP Morgan, American Express, the Australian Diabetes Council, SBS, NBN Co, and Telstra. She is also the founder and director of ThinkTime and the founder of the Coaching Cooperative.
Liane’s work is informed by Solutions-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (SF-CBC) frameworks and evidence-based coaching methodologies, and she specialises in coaching people in leadership, strategy, and communication. Liane’s coaching style is innovative, pragmatic, engaging, and results-focused. Her approach is highly collaborative and consultative, she values strong relationships and long term association, and is always honest and open in her practice. She is passionate about creating safe environments for people to explore their challenges and to bring about insight and personal growth.
She spends her time between Sydney and her home town of Berry on the South Coast of NSW, and is besotted with her long awaited twins, Mathilde and Angus, and her fur baby.
