Her analytical rigor was honed over two decades at the very highest levels of management consulting. Keke spent ten years at McKinsey & Company and another decade at Accenture, driving strategy and digital transformation for private and public sector clients across the globe. Before stepping into consulting, she architected learning and workforce strategies across the Asia-Pacific, directing the ABB China Business School and Xerox Development & Learning Center in Shanghai, and leading workforce planning for Digital Equipment Corp’s Asia HQ in Hong Kong. She also built early bridges between Australian and Chinese markets as a cross-cultural communication specialist in Sydney.

Yet, Keke’s approach goes far beyond frameworks and organizational charts. As an ICF-certified Coach (ACC) and an Immunity to Change facilitator, she thrives on making a tangible, deeply human difference in teams. She blends high-agency business insights with profound empathy, championing a “Human x AI” approach.
