With over 20 years of executive experience across consumer, healthcare, and F&B industries, he has held key leadership positions at Nestlé, PepsiCo, Boehringer Ingelheim, Sanofi, and most recently served as President of British American Tobacco Korea. His breadth of P&L leadership gives him a pragmatic lens on what leaders must do when stakes and complexity are high.

Having lived and worked in Japan, China, Australia, and Vietnam, ES brings deeply diversified cultural insights that shape his unique communication DNA. His coaching approach blends concise diagnostics, field experiments, and simple operating routines that translate theory into on-the-job results.
