Christophe Grimont is originally from France and has been based between Singapore and Vietnam for the last two decades. With over 20 years of experience as a management consultant in Europe and Asia, Christophe has worked with large organisations in strategy, process improvement, and organisational change.

Christophe holds master’s degrees in business administration, organisational psychology, and electrical engineering. He started his career as a consultant for KPMG and Deloitte Consulting in Paris, London, and Brussels, where he formulated and implemented process and organisational change initiatives. When he moved to Asia, he built and led teams across six markets in the region with both Ipsos Consulting in Singapore and E&Y in Vietnam. He advised public and private organisations on their market and regional strategies, providing the acumen needed for informed decision-making.

Christophe now coaches clients in both one-on-one and team settings, mostly in Asia. He also delivers leadership programs to large and medium sized firms in the US, Europe, and Asia. Christophe has been coaching senior executives at country and regional levels in companies such as L’Oreal, PwC, Macquarie Bank, and Bayer.

Christophe’s coaching style is both holistic and results-orientated. As a coach, he considers the various dimensions of human wellbeing and investigates the ways in which these dimensions connect. He does so whilst leveraging stakeholder centered approaches to measurement, which work to create measurable behaviour change and to support the client in their growth. He is certified in the Stakeholder-Centered Coaching Approach with Marshall Goldsmith and is a certified Integral Coach. Christophe is a big fan of positive psychology and is committed to coaching based on current neuroscience.

Christophe enjoys mountain biking, mountaineering, skiing, hiking, climbing, and playing piano, when time allows.
