Carlota Simo Del Cerro is originally from Spain and has over 20 years of experience in law and executive leadership across the globe.

Carlota holds a law degree from the University of Alcala in Spain, and a master’s degree in European law (LL.M.) from the University of Regensburg in Germany. She has worked as a mediator for a global tourism company, a lawyer with an international law firm in Germany, and as an independent lawyer.

In 2007, Carlota started working as an executive coach with a strong focus on leadership, mindfulness, and creativity. She is the founder and director of Coaching & Creativity GmbH, which supports organisations to thrive in the modern world. Her work focuses on communication, innovation, conflict resolution, and collaborative learning.

Years of living and working in Spain, Ireland, Germany, India, and China have gifted Carlota with a deep understanding of international contexts and cross-cultural issues, which she draws upon regularly in her work.

Her coaching is authentic, spontaneous, and grounded in genuine commitment, emphasising the connections between body, mind, emotions, and spirit. She is passionate about art and people, and about using creative techniques to strengthen the relationship between her clients’ emotional intelligence and rational minds. Carlota is interested in helping individuals and organisations to navigate change, and to unlock their potential for self-awareness, freedom and new possibilities.

Carlota speaks fluent Spanish, German, English, and conversational Mandarin. She regularly practices yoga and meditation, paints, visits museums, spends time by the sea, and travels with her family.
