After graduating from the University of Florida with a master’s degree in international business, Brandon Smith helped start and grow a highly successful international non-profit organisation focused on sustainable development. He served numerous roles within the organisation, including Interim executive director and COO.

In 2010, he started his own company which specialises in helping mission-driven organisations become more successful, effective, and efficient.

Brandon enjoys helping people clarify and achieve their personal and professional missions. He believes that success comes when people develop and balance the technical, social, emotional, and visionary aspects of themselves and their work.

In his free time, he enjoys meditation, traveling, snow-skiing, rock climbing, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
