Originally from Persia, Bahar moved to the Netherlands with her family at the age of 14 and has traveled and lived in the US, UK and the Middle East collectively for 17 years, where she also worked as a resident coach at The Four Seasons spa and resort in Doha and coached members of the Qatari royal family privately for 4.5 years.

Having worked with executives and multinational organisations across the Middle East for over 15 years, Bahar has an in-depth understanding of Middle Eastern culture, Arabic, and the intricacies of navigating relationships in the region.

Founder and CEO of her own company ‘The Alexander Method Coaching,’ she has and continues to coach in a vast range of different industries including energy, sales, banking, medical, insurance, government, and retail. She coaches senior executives, entrepreneurs, and startups, as a high-performance life and leadership coach. She is passionate about creating conscious leadership that impacts leaders’ lives whilst expanding their positive influence in the workforce.

With an intense curiosity for human nature, a passion for helping individuals and organisations reach their highest potential, and over 20 years of coaching experience, Bahar combines her vast background in performance and cognitive behavioral psychology, functional and holistic medicine, mindfulness and more to help leaders reach peak performance, life satisfaction, and vitality.

Bahar has a deep passion for educating and empowering individuals to reprogram their self-image to create their lives and relationships by design rather than default. For this reason, her clients refer to her as the transformation guru.

Bahar is fluent in English, Dutch, Persian, and understands Arabic. Her motto in life is ‘constant and never-ending improvement’, which she applies to education, meditation, self-care, and positivity in the face of all experiences.
