Amit is an executive and founder coach who spent the last 20+ years in software product and services companies. Most recently, he was a CxO at B2B blockchain software unicorn, R3.

His coaching experience spans founders and senior leaders in software, telecommunications, and oil and gas, manufacturing, and real estate.

He holds an MBA from Booth School of Business, University of Chicago, a Board Directorship certificate from Singapore Management University and a B.Tech. from IIT BHU (in India). 

He has coached CEOs, COOs, CMOs and CPOs across series, as well as leaders at one of Southeast Asia’s biggest unicorns.

Amit’s coaching leverages his executive background in both big companies and startups, and combines that with mindfulness, 360 feedback, introspection tools, growth plans, and a consultative style to drive sustainable and impactful behavioural change. He is Hogan Level 2 (Advanced) Certified.

Prior to being a full-time coach, Amit led a multicultural global team and managed business functions like customer success, professional services, technical support, and infosec at R3, where he managed a $15M P&L.

While at R3, he held two Board Director roles, one at a B2B blockchain joint venture in Japan, and the other at a Series A supply chain startup in Singapore. Prior to R3, he led strategic payment partnerships for Visa in APAC, and managed partner relationships with Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, and Google Pay. He also led PayPal’s cross border trade business in the Asia-Pacific. He consulted for BCG and was a programmer for many years.

He meditates and exercises regularly and loves to travel, especially in nature. He also writes actively on LinkedIn and practices being present with his daughter, mother, spouse, and friends.
