Lyndal Larkin is from the US, based in Los Angeles and works with clients worldwide. She is an Executive Coach, Speaker and Strategic Offsite Facilitator. She helps committed, growth-minded leaders produce intentional results by aligning what they say, do, and reward.
Lyndal has spent the past 20+ years as an HR executive working in diverse industries ranging from early and mid-stage tech start-ups to luxury hospitality and global travel retail. Through executive coaching, keynote speaking, and bespoke strategic offsites, Lyndal serves as a high-energy, collaborative partner to dynamic leaders committed to transforming their impact.
She began her HR career in Vancouver, Canada, with Fairmont Hotels and Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts. She then moved to Los Angeles in 2007 and spent the next four years traveling more than thirty weeks per year as a consultant, facilitator, speaker, and coach throughout the US and Western Europe. During this time, she worked with leaders across international law firms, commercial real estate, manufacturing, transportation, hotels, and convention centers. In 2011, she accepted the role of overseeing human resources for the North American region of luxury travel retailer DFS Group, a division of Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton. She then joined the SoCal tech hub of Silicon Beach, serving as Head of People at Sequoia-backed NEXT Trucking, where she designed and built a dynamic, multi-functional team to scale with the fast-growing business.
In 2020, Lyndal launched Larkin Leadership, focused on Founder/CEO and C-Suite executive coaching, keynote speaking and bespoke leadership programming. Lyndal also enjoys her service as a philanthropist and non-profit board member. In her spare time she adores travel, cooking, and entertaining family and friends.
