Isha Singla

Location: Delhi, India

Isha Singla is from India, and currently based in Delhi. She has over 12 years of experience spanning across consulting, strategy, and tech startups.

She holds a B.Tech. from IIT Delhi, a master’s degree in counselling psychology, and is a trained professional coach. She believes in growing through constant exploration and learning, which is reflected in her journey to date.

After graduating from IIT Delhi, she joined McKinsey and worked across various areas such as retail strategy, organisational transformation, and PE due diligence. She then joined InMobi’s Strategy & Operations team and worked with teams from Japan, China, Korea, and Singapore. Later, she co-founded Jugnoo (Uber for auto-rickshaws in India, which raised $16mn) where she was responsible for product, processes, and investor and public relations. Most recently, she led the Innovation initiative at Hero Motocorp (world’s largest 2W manufacturer), setting up the Innovation Cell ground up. She also co-led partnerships between Hero and other players.

Isha cultivated expertise in new initiatives and program management before making a career transition towards coaching and leadership. Leveraging her background working in strategy and startups, Isha currently leads ALI’s India practice and also supports its portfolio of startups in SEA, including partnerships with VCs.

Isha’s wide range of experiences have given her an understanding of how organisational cultures shift across companies, industries, and stages of maturity. This unique perspective shapes her coaching style as well. She approaches coaching with curiosity, and with a focus on mindfulness and wellbeing to bring out the best in people.

She is passionate about helping people to overcome self-limiting beliefs and explore their authentic leadership styles. Her clients find her presence to be both calming and non-judgemental.

She has a regular practice of meditation (Vipassana) and yoga. Apart from travel and spirituality, she also enjoys trying her hands at acrylic painting, ukulele and origami.
