In order to better serve our clients, ALI has built a leadership development and executive retreat in Chiang Mai, Thailand. “Suanthip” (Enchanted Garden), is located just 10 minutes from Chiang Mai International Airport. Enclosed in a lush jungle hillside setting, the retreat provides an environment where clients can explore and develop their organization’s strategic direction, leadership and team building capabilities, or address their personal leadership and development priorities.

The retreat facilities include twelve buildings over three acres, all nestled on the gentle slopes of Doi Suthep, one of Chiang Mai’s most famous landmarks. The main building houses the living rooms, dining room, pool, spa, gym, Yoga room and main meeting areas and serves as the focal point for activities. Accommodation is provided in the Twin Building, a eight bedroom residence and in individual bungalows (kutis) scattered around the property. Additionally, the property hosts a Buddha Sala, Quan Yin Temple, Genesh Garden, Chanting Temple, Library, Tea House and Herbal Steam.
