Brian Page Bauerle
Brian Page Bauerle

Brian Page Bauerle is the founder and Executive Director of the Asian Leadership Institute. In his thirty years experience in Asia working with major multi-national companies he has created ALI’s unique perspective on leadership and cultural adaptability.

Brian has vast experience facilitating top leadership groups. He has coached hundreds of senior corporate executives. He has worked with a wide variety of corporations and governmental institutions to design and implement strategies for personal change. In recent years Brian has worked primarily with financial institutions where high stress and rapid change are endemic. His success derives from his practical awareness, his extensive experience with businesses and the wise counsel he provides to his clients.

Brian is instrumental in developing the mindfulness method of personal transformation. He received his training in “ mindfulness” during his 5 years as a monk in Thailand and Tibet and he uses this unusual experience in a practical way that directly applies to business. He is a professional psychotherapist that has held faculty positions at major universities in the United States and Australia. He continues a lifelong tradition of social work.

Phanthip Jang Bauerle


Phanthip Jang Bauerle

Phanthip Jang Bauerle is the Managing Director of the Asian Leadership Institute, and has designed and built ALI’s retreat facility in Chiangmai. Jang has also developed the health and wellness component of ALI’s executive retreats and is responsible for the wholesome lifestyle part of its programs. She directs the center's spa and is a much respected yoga teacher that concentrates on her own unique style of “Yang” yoga. This yoga focuses on meditation and breathing and gently opening the body. It is a mindfulness yoga that reinforces the other parts of ALI's executive programs. Jang has taught yoga at center's and colleges in the US, and currently teaches partime at the Four Season Hotel Chaingmai.




Glendon Bruce McFee

Glendon Bruce McFee
G.Bruce McFee currently leads the Asian Leadership Institutes client and business program development throughout Asia. Over the last twenty years Bruce has lived and worked throughout Asia, New Zealand and Australia, assisting multinational and local clients to achieve success in strategic and organizational transformation. Bruce serves as a trusted advisor and counsel to the CEO and executive team to help navigate through the both organizational and personal change.

Prior to joining the Asian Leadership Institute, Bruce was a partner in a major strategic management consulting firm with a focus on strategy and transformational change in financial services. His work has focused on multi-year assignments to assist leaders to recreate both themselves and the organizations that they lead.

Bruce has an MBA (Distinction) from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France, and has studied extensively in the areas of personal and organizational development.
