The Leadership Forum offers leaders the opportunity to meet and network with similarly empowered professionals. This allows a broader knowledge base and wider perspective on leadership dynamics. The two-and-a-half day forum provides personal exploration and peer interaction under the guidance of an ALI facilitator. The forum is an open group process that allows for the candid and honest communication between CEOs of varying organizations.

Throughout the leadership forum an atmosphere of trust and openness will allow participants to interact at a level of honesty not easily found in the corporate environment. Some of our forum groups have been meeting yearly for as long as ten years.
