Executive coaching retreats are intensive, onsite working sessions. ALI works with you to develop a tailor made skill-building practice to develop mindfulness and produce true and lasting behavioral change.
ALI’s Executive Development Retreat will help you explore yourself and your work and become aware of the natural balance and harmony within yourself. Too often we are so caught up in our struggles and our illusions that we can’t be who we really are. You are a leader with ‘presence’ when you are simply consistent within yourself.
During your retreat you will be guided through personal exploration, organizational assessment and career assistance by an ALI facilitator. Although we have developed a specific process over the years, this seminar does not adhere strictly to any given plan. You can request the facilitator to structure the retreat in a way that will cover particular issues, to benefit you most.
The retreat will have a direct impact on your performance, accomplishments, achievements and sense of satisfaction. You cannot ask yourself questions that go beyond your experience. The retreat will allow you to see possibilities that you could not see on your own. ALI facilitators are positive but provocative.
For the duration of the retreat you will be housed in our retreat center in Chiang Mai, Thailand. You will be free to wander in our lush hillside grounds and enjoy the peace and calm generated by living close to nature. In this luxury Thai style facility, you will be well cared for by the retreat staff.
Executive Retreat Overall Purpose
Process Outline
1. Pre-retreat Preparation
The executive will complete psychological tests and may begin a structured journal or just contemplate a series of life questions. Perceptions of the executive are collected via focused telephone interviews.
2. Retreat
Each retreat is tailored specifically for the executive using the preparation work as the basis for the structure. It is a two-day process of intensive one-on-one coaching. As developmental issues arise the direction of the work naturally evolves.
Executive Retreat Timing
Pre-retreat: 1 week
Retreat: 2 – 3 days
ALI is committed to a follow-up ongoing coaching process of approximately six months, and to the satisfaction and growth of our clients. If during the evaluation process you find that the six months of follow-up was not the most useful part of the development program, we will not charge for this service.
